Local Storage: All your data is stored locally on your device using browser localStorage. We do NOT transmit your personal data to external servers.

Password Security: Passwords are hashed using SHA-256 with unique salts before storage. We never store or see your plaintext password.

4. Data Sharing

We do NOT share, sell, or transmit your personal data to third parties. Your workout logs, meditation data, and personal information remain on your device.

5. Third-Party Services

The app uses the following external resources:

Font Awesome: For icons (loaded from CDN)
Google Fonts: For typography (if enabled)

These services may collect basic analytics. Please refer to their respective privacy policies.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access: View all your stored data in Settings
Export: Download your data as a JSON file
Delete: Clear all your data from the app at any time

7. Data Security

We implement security measures including:

SHA-256 password hashing with unique salts
XSS protection and input sanitization
Content Security Policy headers
Session expiration after 7 days of inactivity

8. Children's Privacy

This app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
